If I have PhotoSort do I need another duplicate scanner?
PhotoSort is specialized for picture files and it is the best choice if you want to deal with picture duplicates. Generic duplicate finding applications are no match for it but if you need to search for duplicates of non-picture files then you will also need another duplicate finder. You can check our web site to see what we have to offer in this category.
On how large image database have you tested PhotoSort?
We have tested the program on 137,490 pictures. Those files took about 14 gigabytes of hard disk space.
Is it possible to get your program in another language?
There are no PhotoSort translations currently available but we plan some for the future.
What file formats are supported?
PhotoSort can open JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TIFF, WMF, EMF, PPM, SRF, CRW, CR2, NEF, DCR, KDC, ORF, RAF, RAW, MRW, DNG, PEF, PTX, X3F, ICO and CUR files. Support for a few more formats will be added later.
The program will not accept my user name or personal code.
Make sure that you have typed both user name and personal code correctly and that there are no leading or trailing spaces.
I have lost my personal code. How can I retrieve it?
Contact technical support. Provide us with your name and e-mail address that you have used for ordering and we will send you your personal code again.
